I created this page to give you a complete list of recommended services, products, and companies. This way you can quickly find great resources all in one place!
Some of these are affiliate links, so if you decide to try them, I’ll earn a commission. However, I only recommend things I have used myself or would recommend to a friend or family member.
Social Anxiety Help
Betterhelp: Betterhelp is an online therapy company where you can chat (online or on the phone) with a therapist from the comfort of your home. Compared to traditional face-to-face therapy, it’s a fraction of the cost. They offer a free trial as well, so you can try it out without any obligation. Sign up for your free trial here or read my full review of the service.
Online Therapy: This is another online therapy company with a slightly different approach. Rather than just chatting with a therapist, you get a complete toolbox of resources specific to social anxiety. You can get started for as little as $39.96/week with daily therapist feedback. You can sign up for Online Therapy here.
Web Doctors: Have you ever needed to see a doctor but didn’t feel up to going to the waiting room? You can access online doctor services and treatments through Web Doctors. You’ll get access to a board-certified primary care physician who can diagnose common medical problems (including depression and anxiety) and issue prescriptions without you having to visit their office in person. Learn more and sign up here.
Headspace: You can try Headspace for yourself and learn the essentials of meditation and mindfulness with their free Basics course. Learn more here.
Social Skills Help
Social Pro Now: If you struggle with conversation, the experts at Social Pro Now have got you covered! Through their free training, you can learn things like how to avoid awkward silence, how to get past boring small talk, how to beat self-consciousness, and why you don’t need to have a more exciting life to be more interesting.
Other Recommendations
Audible: I prefer listening to audiobooks over reading print books, especially for those in the personal development niche. My favorite subscription service is Audible because it has all the best-sellers and they stay in your digital library forever (even if you end your subscription). You can sign up for a free trial and listen to your first two books for free.
Amazon Prime: I’ve had an Amazon Prime subscription for a few years and it’s totally worthwhile! Membership gets you free two-day delivery on most items (no running out to the store), access to Prime Video for movies and TV shows, and a library of over 500,000 Kindle titles. You can sign up for a 30-day free trial here.
