Q & A About You, Unleashed
Is a self-guided mindset transformation coaching program right for me?
If you have social anxiety and don’t feel comfortable talking to a therapist, then a self-guided program could be perfect for you! Although a coaching program can’t replace therapy, the journaling techniques used in coaching have been proven effective through research.
You’ll just need to set aside time each day to work through the program and complete the journaling work.
I don’t have the money to enroll, but I think I would like it. What should I do?
First of all, I would never encourage you to sign up for something you can’t afford. That being said, sometimes it’s a matter of priorities. Do you have any wiggle room in your budget?
One way to deal with this is to take the cost of the program out of some other category of your budget (or a few) and then cut back in those areas.
Rebecca also offers two payment plan pricing structures, so you don’t have to pay for it all at once.
I’ve never done a coaching program before. Will it actually work for me?
Yes! Trust me, I was among the most skeptical of the skeptics. My educational background tells me that most people with social anxiety should be seeing a therapist.
