Coloring Sheets for Mindfulness and Anxiety
Are you interested in trying out some mindfulness coloring sheets to manage your anxiety? I’ve rounded up some of my favorites ones that are available on Etsy. What I like about these coloring sheets is that they are all available as instant downloads.
This means no waiting for anything to ship from Amazon. If you’re stuck at home, it’s sometimes a lot nicer to have something to work on immediately rather than wait for something to come in the mail.
How can mindfulness coloring sheets help your social anxiety? They won’t help you push outside your comfort zone or work on your social skills. But, what they will help you do is to enter a meditative state. If you’ve been feeling on edge, stressed out, or unable to manage your anxious thoughts, entering a meditative state can help.
It will take some trial and error to find what works for you to enter this state. Many people find being creative helpful. Others find practicing sports or exercising works. For me, if I’m feeling anxious, writing actually helps (good thing I write for a living!).
Anyway, enough about why you need them. Here are the nicest sheets that I found. You can click through any of the links to see the sheets and purchase from Etsy.
Nature is a popular theme among mindfulness coloring sheets and for good reason. Nature is naturally calming—if you could choose to go anyplace right now to relax, where would you choose? That’s probably a good starting point when choosing a nature-based coloring sheet. As for me, I would probably choose a beach scene.

Mandalas & Zentangle
Mandalas and zentangles are another popular option for mindfulness coloring pages. A zentangle is an abstract drawing created using repetitive patterns. The list below also includes some printable coloring bookmarks, which would make a nice gift for a book lover you know.
You could print them out on heavy cardstock, color them, and then drop them in the mail for an easy gift. Now that I think of it, all of these coloring pages would make nice gifts for people that you know. Best of all, no shipping required!

Ah, the curse words coloring sheets. No list would be complete without them. I know some people don’t like curse words, so feel free to skip over these. I find the curse word stuff is usually very tongue-in-cheek and I appreciate the humor (even though I’m not a curse word user myself).

Finally, we have the coloring sheets that are specifically designed for anxiety relief. I love the idea of worksheets that encourage you to let go of anxiety and find inner peace. If you’re going through a time in your life right now where everything seems stressful, one of these could be the escape that you need.

Those are all of the mindfulness coloring sheets that I could round up from Etsy. I hope that you find something in there that suits what you are looking for. Remember again, that these could make nice gifts, since you can download and send them right away. They might even inspire you to come up with some of your own coloring sheet ideas.
Have you tried any of these coloring sheets? Or have you done any mindfulness coloring of your own? I’d love to hear about how it went in the comments.
