Your Free Printable June Calendar
Welcome to your June free printable calendar!
I create these monthly calendars as a way to help you plan out your months.
If you struggle with your mental health and go through periods of anxiety or even depression, having good habits in place can be helpful. Using a planner or calendar is one of those.
With each calendar, I also make note of important dates from the month such as mental health dates and other special holidays.
You can use these as a springboard for ideas on things to work on through the month.
It can also help you to keep track of when holidays are coming and you may have some extra social responsibilities.
How should you use this calendar?
Well, that’s up to you, but I like to print mine out and use a magnet to put it on the fridge.
If you have a command center, that would be a good spot for it too.
Or, if you want to use it more for planner purposes, you could put it in a binder along with all the other planner worksheets that you can find inside my free resource library.
To access the resource library, you’ll need to sign up at the top or bottom of this page.
I send out weekly newsletters about topics related to social and performance anxiety, so if you are living with social anxiety there are tons of resources inside there for you.
But if you just want the June calendar, you can grab that from the link below!
There really aren’t very many June dates related to mental health. Here’s what I found:
- June 22 – International Father’s Mental Health Day
- June 27 – PTSD Awareness Day
Other June Dates
June seems to be a month focused on health and friendship.
It’s also the month that we celebrate fathers.
Here are some dates to make note of.
- June 3 – Global Running Day
- June 8 – National Best Friends Day
- June 21 – International Day of Yoga
- June 21 – Father’s Day
- June 21 – National Selfie Day
- June 21 – National Smoothie Day
- June 22 – National Kissing Day
- June 23 – National Hydration Day
Global Running Day
Use this day as an excuse to get out for a walk or a run!
Running is one of the least expensive sports that you can get started with right away (or walking if you prefer).
All it requires is a pair of running shoes (I have these ones) and a place to walk or run.
National Best Friends Day
If you are living with social anxiety you might struggle to make friends.
Take this day to focus on that aspect of your life and where you’d like to see changes.
Do you want to make more friends?
Or do you want to see more of the friends that you have?
Take time this day to reach out to one person and make some plans.
International Day of Yoga
Yoga is another one of those sports that is really inexpensive to get started with.
Father’s Day & Father’s Mental Health Day
Why not combine Father’s day with Father’s Mental Health Day and give your dad a gift to boost his mental health?
National Selfie Day
Are you shy about taking selfies?
Some people think selfies make them look self-absorbed while others think of them as a way to make connections with others.
The way I look at it, you should never judge something you haven’t tried.
So if you’ve never posted a selfie, don’t make assumptions about what it means when other people do.
And if you’d like to give it a try but feel anxious, pick the social media platform where you are least likely to feel embarrassed.
For me that is Instagram, because I have fewer “real life” followers on that platform.
National Smoothie Day
What I great day! Yay for smoothies.
In a perfect world, I think each of us would be drinking a smoothie every day.
But, I know that is not realistic for everyone.
Perhaps for this one day out of the year, go out and order a smoothie from a local healthy spot (my favorite is the Pita Pit).
National Kissing Day
This one doesn’t need much explanation, but if you have the opportunity, take advantage of National Kissing Day.
And if you are struggling in this area of your life (looking to meet someone), I have articles on that too!
National Hydration Day
Water is so very important to our mental health that I thought it would be wise to include National Hydration Day on this list.
I’ve tried out various water bottles but eventually have settled on a bottle similar to this one.
Buy a bottle you like and you’ll drink more water!
PTSD Awareness Day
I included PTSD Awareness Day on this list because some people with social anxiety have lived through trauma.
If this is you, it’s important to process your traumatic memories in a way that allows you to move forward in your life.
If you haven’t already spoken to someone about your past, I recommend the online therapy service Betterhelp.
