January Bullet Journal Ideas
Are you finally done with 2020 and ready to start planning 2021? If so, I have a free planning tool that you can print out and use right away.
Each month I create a free bullet journal printable that you can use to track your mood, track your habits, and make note of important dates.
You can also record favorite memories, set some goals, and see the next month at a glance.
I plan to use my January 2021 bullet journal printable to plan out what I want to achieve in January and the habits I want to track. Then I’ll use the printable throughout the month to keep me on the right path.
If you struggle with your mental health, this could be the perfect tool to help you start practicing healthy habits to feel better.
That might be things like getting regular exercise, writing in a journal, eating healthy food, or anything to feel better.
All these little acts of self-care are not a luxury; they are a necessity when dealing with your mental health.
Below are the pieces of the 2021 January Bullet journal:
- Cover Page
- Goals Page
- Monthly planner
- Habit tracker
- Mood Tracker
- Weekly Spreads
- Memories Page
- Notes Page
Tools You Will Need
Having some supplies on hand will make it easier to use your bullet journal. A simple set of colored pens like this one is a good start.
If you’re going to print at home, I have both of the following printers and have been happy with them. If you’re going to put your journal in a binder, you’ll want a hole punch too.
You could also choose to print these out on sticker paper (full size or half size) and stick them into a regular bullet journal.
Important Dates in January
Here are some important dates to know about in January (which you can also find in my post with my monthly January calendar page).
- All month – Mental Wellness Month
- January 1st – New Year’s Day
- January 29th – Bell Let’s Talk Day
